Curried Mushrooms With Mint


Curried Portebellos with a Middle Eastern flavour. 

Sauce

1 tbs Arabian curry powder 
4 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
3 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbs sultanas

Blend all ingredients together. Baste thick sliced portebellos with the sauce and let it sit for at least 10 min. Sprinkle over with 3 treasures (natural supplement for vegetarians).
